HIV and Safe Sex

I was recently diagnosed as being HIV-positive. Luckily, my wife tested HIV-negative. We are concerned about our sex life, and I am concerned about infecting her. I know we can use condoms, but are there any other steps we can take to reduce the risk of her becoming infected?
